The role focuses on delivering efficient customer service to clients, managing all documentation for export and import shipments, and providing operational support to ensure a smooth flow of cargo. It also requires strong communication with customers and business partners to maintain service quality.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for coordinating all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle and process import and export shipping documents.
- Liaise with customers, network offices, transporters, carriers, and other third party vendors.
- Manage shipping related enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Resolve operational issues encountered within the organisation or with external partners.
- Provide customised logistics solutions when required.
