The Challenges

• Coordinate shipment,  schedules bookings, and prepare documents required for international shipping (air, sea and road transport) document
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
  
• Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicate any delays and managing client expectations
• Prepare quotation based on customer needs, attend to problems, interest and propose competitive rates
