Customer Service Executive

About the role

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with customers on pricing, stock availability and shipping information.

• Generate quotations, orders processing, invoicing & preparation of L/C documents.

• Work with sales, finance, warehousing personnel and other departments to facilitate the needs of the customer.

• Liaise with respective freight forwarders for local and export shipments and preparation of shipping documents.

• To follow up with customers for payment on overdue invoices.

• Other adhoc duties assigned by management

What we're looking for

Having relevant work experience will be an added advantage for candidates

Working Hours and Company Transport

8.30am-5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang MRT
