Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and actively support sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.

  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.

  • Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.

  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery.
