We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and actively support sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.
Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
