Customer Service Executive - Beauty Salon

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers (Chinese speaking mandatory)

  • 6 Day work week - Please only apply if you are able to meet this criteria

  • Greet and attend to customers, handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and enquiries

  • Process payments, invoices, and assist in admin matters

  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally
