Customer Service Executive - Beauty Salon
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers (Chinese speaking mandatory)
6 Day work week - Please only apply if you are able to meet this criteria
Greet and attend to customers, handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and enquiries
Process payments, invoices, and assist in admin matters
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally
