Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Manage inbound international customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Process & Quality Adherence
- Follow defined BPO processes and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working in rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs
