Customer Service Executive – Work From Home

Full-Time | Remote

We’re building Gank into the platform for Creators in Asia. We need someone who is passionate to support our Creators while they grow their fanbase on Gank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Handle the platform’s customer service touchpoints to ensure inquiries are promptly and effectively addressed.
    • Provide onboarding support to Creators.
    • Adhoc duties related to customer success.
  • Platform moderation
    • Moderate user-generated content for compliance with platform policies.
    • Assist with user information checks related to policy enforcement.
  • Creator Leads and Contracts
    • Weekly leads processing & distribution.
    • Admin duties for Creator contracts and deliverables tracking.
