Customer service executive

Description

We are an established food(catering) , seafood processing and distribution company. We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill this position. This job entails the following requirements:-

Responsibilities

• Handles prospects enquiry on product, events and services.
• Prepares proposals and quotations for all enquiries.
• Budget, plan and allocate respective resources to meet client demand and updates systems.
• Assist in event logistic and personnel planning.
• issues all documents for downstream department for action and follow up.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in food related environment.
• Diploma or degree in business, mass comm , food science, nutrition.
• Flexible working hours and work days.
• After jon confirmation can have WFH hybrid work arrangement.
