The job:



  • Chatting with customers via phone, messages & email


  • Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use


  • Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels


  • Follow presented response templates and quality standards


  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team


  • Giving product tips & recommendations




We need YOU, because:



  • You’re ready to relocate to sunny Greece


  • You speak the required language fluently


  • You have strong English skills – both written and spoken


  • You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail


  • Problem-solving is your superpower


  • You can stay calm and professional - even when things don’t go as planned


  • Customer support experience is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
