Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Analyst to join our the resupply operations team. This role combines customer service, order management, and pricing analysis to ensure a seamless experience for clients and accurate pricing of products.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage customer inquiries and complaints related to orders via Mobile App or Webshop.
-Coordinate with internal teams (Purchasing & Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Monitor, update, and analyze pricing for small wares and parts, preparing regular reports.
-Review and manage pending/backlog orders to maintain smooth operations.
-Lead or supervise team tasks when needed and maintain strong internal coordination.
-Recommend practical solutions to problems to improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency.
