:As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative at BW Papersystems, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diversified sales and customer service support. Your responsibilities encompass building and nurturing customer relationships, selling manufacturing products and services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through technical expertise and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt response to incoming inquiries, offering light mechanical support by addressing questions related to machine features and functions.
Reading drawings and identify various mechanical/industrial parts.
