Customer Service Intern

**Your responsibilities**:
- Process purchase orders and customer invoices
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Create and manage spreadsheets
- Support the technical and sales teams in customer service activities
- Assist with other tasks within the Commercial department as needed
**Our requirements**:
- Currently studying Business Administration or Accounting
- Strong numerical skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Confidence in using IT systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
- Highly committed, disciplined, attentive, and well-organized
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute tasks efficiently
