Job Description

The customer service manager seeks to meet the expectations of customers in terms of delivery of materials, according to the agreed delivery times and quality; with the aim of reaching the monthly billing quotas. Performs customer follow-up, manage their claims, incidents and establishes the most appropriate communication mechanisms This profile is very important for the organization since they are the closest to the customer, they are in charge of setting what, when and why the materials have to be manufactured and ensure that the company will meet the needs of customers
In this role, your responsibilities will be
- Inform delivery times to Distributors
- Ensure the processing of customer orders in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and as agreed in the contract signed with the Distributors or Representatives of the company.
