Experiência y requisitos
3 + years experience in the customer service field. Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, or related field - Perform order entry and associated customer service and account management tasks (for example: import/export documentation, new customer forms, etc.) - Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Experience with ERP and CRM software tools preferred. - Good attention to detail. - Able to complete routine paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is helpful. - Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
