Job Description
- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order entry;
- Handle post-order activities (such as date changes, expediteddeliveries, and order holds);
- Collaboratewithinternal teams (Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, and Product Management) on pricing, delivery, and terms & conditions;
- Resolvecustomerinquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
- Develop and strengthenrelationshipswithcustomers and key stakeholders;
- Possiblespecialization: quotations or order management.
