  • Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order entry;

  • Handle post-order activities (such as date changes, expediteddeliveries, and order holds);

  • Collaboratewithinternal teams (Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, and Product Management) on pricing, delivery, and terms & conditions;

  • Resolvecustomerinquiries and complaints in a professional manner;

  • Develop and strengthenrelationshipswithcustomers and key stakeholders;

  • Possiblespecialization: quotations or order management.
