We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • German: Native level
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities

Working Conditions:

  • Work Location: On-site, Lisbon
  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday
  • Working Hours: Between 07:00 and 23:00
  • Shifts: Rotative shifts
  • Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via designated communication channels
  • Provide professional support and assistance
  • Log, track, and follow up on customer requests and issues
