Requirements:
- German: Native level
- English: B2 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities
Working Conditions:
- Work Location: On-site, Lisbon
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Working Hours: Between 07:00 and 23:00
- Shifts: Rotative shifts
- Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via designated communication channels
- Provide professional support and assistance
- Log, track, and follow up on customer requests and issues
