About the Role:

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job tasks:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to solve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Schedule & Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
• No weekend work Saturdays and Sundays off
• Commute Support: We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25 for early morning shifts starting at 06:00.
