Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

As a leader on the logistics team, this position requires leading, developing, communicating with, and managing teams of associates to ensure outstanding supporting manufacturing and shipping of goods. The position will work closely with other company leaders both in logistics and other departments to ensure daily plans are executed supporting key metrics in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Ideally, you will have around 5 years' experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and 2 years managing teams as direct reports.

• Specific knowledge required for the position holder:

• Excel and SAP, Office, Business Objects, TMS, WMS (basic),

• Financial analysis for project evaluation.
