We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead order management and service performance for a growing industrial electronics portfolio supporting global customers. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing customer service execution within a manufacturing environment. You will lead a local team while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Planning, and Pricing to ensure strong order fulfillment, proactive communication, and continuous improvement.
The team and plant operations are based in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. The position will be remote 75% of the time and require onsite presence 25% of the time (one full week per month).
