Job Title: Customer Service Manager (India)

Location: Home based in Hyderabad (Remote)

Experience: 5+ years' experience in a senior customer service leadership role

Qualification: Experience managing teams of 10+ representatives

Work Schedule: 48 hours per week, alternating weekend shifts (8:30 am - 5:30 pm UK time)
