Customer Experience, Americas is responsible for building and managing the Customer
Experience Team based in Mexico City. He/she will help build the Customer Experience Team whic will support all the Americas Order Intake, Preferred and Regular customers.
Manager, Customer Experience, Americas provides professional knowledge of building customer
service and customer experience teams which support all countries in the Americas. He/She helps the Customer Experience Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Trainers to optimize the customer
Customer Experience, Americas is responsible for an optimum level of customer service in his/her respective area and in alignment with other geographical sales areas in the Americas.
Manager, Customer Experience, Americas networks with other functions to achieve win-win between customer needs and company targets.
Manager, Customer Experience, Americas is responsible for yearly target setting and development discussions carried out with the Customer Service Team Leaders and Customer Experience Managers according to the Personal Performance Review process.
Manager, Customer Experience, Americas will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience, Americas.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Build and collaborate on a team structure in Mexico City that will support all Customer
Experience in the Americas for Preferred and Regular customer segments, as well as Order Intake for all customers in the Americas
- Leading and supporting the proactive activities of the teams
- Organize the resourcing in the area
