Customer Service Manager

**Job description**:
Responsible for Purchasing and Planning Areas
Monitor Planning’s KPIs
Follow up customers’ orders
Look for sustainability of the business
Implement improvements in Purchasing area
Monitor and control tooling costs and performance
Review procurement documents such as contracts and NDAs

**Education & Experience requirements**:
3 or more Professional experience: Procurement and Customer Service
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Procurement
