Customer Service Specialist at MEXC

Base pay range: $12,000.00/yr - $24,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all questions and concerns from clients worldwide via LiveChat, email, etc.
  • Respond to consumer concerns and conduct thorough investigations; record and store results appropriately.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams to address grievances and comments about our platforms, website, and other goods and services.
  • Provide superior customer service by staying informed on the company's latest offerings and market trends.
  • Escalate unresolved issues according to the operational escalation matrix to the line manager or higher when they cannot be handled within the predetermined process.
