Job Description
:
Lead, train and encourage the CSR&MP team to boost the use of tools, technical resources and personal skills in order to build strong customer relationships, maintain 100% On time delivery & satisfaction, schedule the production lines and maintain 100% On time Delivery from Suppliers and maintain the Optimal Inventory levels to keep KPIs and leveraging plant resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and guide the CSR & PP ETTS team in order to keep Customers (Service and Productive) 100% on time delivery and Satisfaction.
- Assure the performance a correct execution of SAP Capacity Analysis and Production planning & leveling for, Emissions and or Turbo plants.
- Review, analyze and communicate to finance and plant management the Monthly sales forecast for all productive customers for the campus.
- Ensure that team members are trained and motivate them in order to keep the SAP housekeeping and parametrization for all current and new customers and products.
