Job Description
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or experience as a customer service representative.
- High school certificate or equivalent.

A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions and resolve any emerging issues our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Reports to: Customer Service Leader
**Duties**:
- Listen to customer concerns, problems and questions.
- Attract customers by positively promoting the product and company, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Recommend potential products to meet customer needs.
- Prepare product and customer reports by compiling data gathered during customer interactions.
- Assisting customers with their warranty, replacement or return claim needs and informing them.
