What You'll Do:
• Handle customer requests, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor and manage customer orders from start to finish, including delivery and invoicing.
• Place purchase orders with internal and external manufacturing sites, coordinating with all involved partners.
• Set up material master data in the ERP system according to product specifications
• Manage customer complaints and incidents, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate all processes related to each order, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
