We're looking for customer service representatives for processing warranty claims at an inhouse program
**Responsibilities**:
- Register warranty claims (electric vehicles)
- Reply customer’s inquiries on different models and common issues
- Contact auto shops to follow-up on units being repaired
We offer:
- $16,500 monthly base salary
- Saturdays and Sundays off
- 40 hours per week
- Productivity bonus up to $3,000
- $1,485 food vouchers
**Requirements**:
- Native or fluent English speakers
- Schedule availability from 8:30 to 17:30
- Work at site located downtown Monterrey (Barrio Antiguo)
- Previous customer service experience
