About Our Client:

Our client is a leading European distributor specializing in plastics. They distribute plastic granules from major international manufacturers across Europe, providing customized product delivery through their network of sales and warehouse facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders
  • Acting as a liaison between various departments, field representatives, and customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Completed commercial training and professional experience in administrative processing or similar fields
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
