Job Description: Customer Service

Based on the hire desk in our customer office, the Customer Hire and Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all business between our Major Account customer and client is carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for managing customer queries, liaising with client depots to ensure the customer's requirements are being met and identifying opportunities for sales growth. This is a varied and challenging role which will involve managing invoice and credit queries, collating weekly KPI data and producing performance reports when required. Dealing with tickets. Average tickets a day is 300+
