Classic Jerky Company, a Jack Link's owned business, is a leader in private brand meat snacks offering a diverse portfolio of high quality products to our retail partners.  We are stewards of our customer brand - quality, value and safety are paramount in all that we do.

This full time position is responsible for the successful operations of the customer service department and general office duties.  They will work closely with the management team to address customer service tasks and issues as well as maintain seamless flow between the front office and production.  The team member will be the front-line representation of the company both in-person and online.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Answering 2-line phones

+ Assisting visitors to the facility and ensuring adherence to plant policies

+ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online platforms
