Job Description

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established investment company, is seeking a Customer Service & Office Support Assistant based in Athens.

Scope of Role

The candidate will support the company's operations in terms of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering all required supporting documents and ensuring the completeness of each client file, in coordination with Customer Advisors and the Compliance Officer
  • Maintaining both physical and digital client files, including all relevant legal documentation
  • Updating the Company’s digital system with client information
  • Monitoring client cases and coordinating actions required for closure
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and routing it to the appropriate teams
  • Coordinating office supplies and stationery
  • Providing assistance and support to clients visiting the Company’s premises for meetings with Customer Advisors

 

Requirements:

  • University degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous relevant experience.
  • Advanced written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • PC Skills (Windows, knowledge of CRM systems)
  • A high degree of personal accountability and integrity
