Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, you’ll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll hand activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks/inquiries.
