**What You will Be Doing**
+ Responsible for system-related work which would consist of, Sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
+ Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics
+ Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns)
+ Order Management
+ Sales Order Entry
+ Sales order Maintenance
+ Shipment Release
+ Inventory Management
+ Ensure on time delivery.
+ Process RMA (Customer returns)
+ Shared role with Field Sales / IS – Pre-Order & Order Entry
