Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails enquiries.

- Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.

- Document all interactions in the system with accuracy and compliance.

- Escalate complex cases through proper channel when required.

- Meet service standards and KPIs (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction)

- Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge through training.

- Support cross-selling of relevant products.



Requirements

- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

- Strong communication skills in English and native language.

- 6-12 months of customer service experience.

- Customer-oriented with a calm, professional and empathic approach.

- Strong problem-solving, multitasking and analytical abilities.
