Call Centre and Customer Service

  • $37.13 per hour casual rate

  • Monday to Friday 7.00am-4.00pm

    • We are seeking a dynamic, self starter to join a busy customer service team in Heathwood. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the developing effective relationships with the clients national customer base.


    Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Responding to online and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Performing bookings and schedules for staff and delivery drivers

  • Following up on deliveries and ensuring DIFOT is adhered to

  • Assisting Customers with claims relating to damages, breakages and/or incomplete goods

  • Create strong relationships with customers and offering quick and responsive updates
