**Logistics at full potential**
As a Customer Service Officer you process orders, dealing with tickets, chat function support, prepares correspondence, and fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Research and analyses customer enquiries and complaints received by management.
This role will be covering 2 sites but based at our site in Hamina, Finland.
Fluency in English and Finnish is required for the role. This role is working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
**What you do on a typical day.**
- Understands basic administrative functions of Customer Service area.
- Able to handle routine customer calls and appropriately escalates complex issues to the next level of management.
- Must be able to research customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions to include all inquiries, comments, complaints, and resolution decisions.
