Our Customer Service team is the front line of Cement Australia, the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customer’s trust. Whether you’re answering calls or responding to emails, you play a pivotal role in order processing, issue resolution, and keeping things moving. We see this role as the glue between our customers and the broader logistics team, and a truly valued part of our business.

Your Opportunity

You’ll be based in our Pinkenba office, working closely with a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Together, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

  • Process orders and monitor delivery progress

  • Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
