  • Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, make outbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club services, membership plans, class schedules, and events.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep members informed about upcoming events, promotions, and new services, and distribute promotional materials and club information.
  • Assist in creating and updating content for newsletters, social media, and other club communications.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with management to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in club events for planning, preparation, coordination, successful execution and feedback etc.
  • Monitor and ensure the club’s quality in terms of aesthetics, look-feel- smell, cleanliness and orderliness.
