The responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Providing customer service support through inbound calls

  • Handling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes

  • Your qualifications and experiences should be:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Preferably Communication or Business Degree Holders)

  • Has six months experience as a Customer Service Officer in a Contact Center / Call Center

  • Has excellent communication skills

  • You must be willing to work onsite in SM North EDSA (Quezon City) or in Greenhills (San Juan City)
