Responsibilities

  • Provide first level of support and customer service
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
  • Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer
  • Resolve all customer complaints in an expedient manner. He/she will need to act as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.
  • It is important to process sales orders or changes by effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales
