Responsibilities
- Provide first level of support and customer service
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
- Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
- Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer
- Resolve all customer complaints in an expedient manner. He/she will need to act as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.
- It is important to process sales orders or changes by effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.
- Work closely with Inside Sales
