Who you'll be working for

Our client is an established Ticketing Vendor seeking experienced Customer Service Officer for the ramp up of the entertainment industry!

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • 2 years or more relevant experience in Customer Service

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Able to perform shift work and working on PH/weekends
  • What you'll be doing on the job

  • Provide customer service support for all ticketing issues regarding upcoming event in Singapore

  • Assist with Team Lead in resolving any challenges regarding ticketing, purchase or technical issues faced by customers

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
