  • Handle customer appointments booking, incoming call & register customers
  • Handle check out transactions on the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service and treatment recommendation to customers
  • Relationship building with existing and new customers to maximize sale opportunities
  • Handle customer problem and feedback
  • Deliver professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs
  • Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased

Job Requirement

  • Pleasant personality and have great patience
  • Able to handle counter system
  • Good in communication
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
