Job Description
Responsibility:
- Attend customer's call enquiries
- Respond customer's toner request
- Monitor customer's toner usage by system, and plan toner delivery
- Coordinate with logistics for toner delivery
- Send toner quotation to customers upon request
- To keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- To build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- To attend to technician's request
- To assist meter reading status page scanning to file if required
- Attend ad-hock assignment
Requirements:
- Knowledge on Microsoft office
- Able to generate reports
- Familiar with administrative duties
- Good interpersonal and multi-task skills
- Customer service oriented
- Fast learner and patient
