Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Attend customer's call enquiries
  • Respond customer's toner request
  • Monitor customer's toner usage by system, and plan toner delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics for toner delivery
  • Send toner quotation to customers upon request
  • To keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • To build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • To attend to technician's request
  • To assist meter reading status page scanning to file if required
  • Attend ad-hock assignment

Requirements:

  • Knowledge on Microsoft office
  • Able to generate reports
  • Familiar with administrative duties
  • Good interpersonal and multi-task skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fast learner and patient
