Responsibilities




  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department and art handlers

  • Job allocation of subordinates and art handlers

  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner

  • Having face to face & online meeting with clients to solve problems accordingly

  • Maintaining good relationships with customers and overseas partners

  • Support ad-hoc project

  • Staying current on the latest industry trends and technique



  • Requirement




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 3-years working experience in art logistics field

  • Strong communication skills, proactive, detail oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent command of English, cantonese and Mandarin
