**CUSTOMER SERVICE (Order Management) Representative**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience
- Bilingual 70 % minimum
**Professional Skills**:
- Receive customer Forecast by AM team or directly from customer portal, and share with the team.
- Work internally if the customer has an urgent requirement to expedite and avoid delays in the final destination.
- Prepare shipment process working with shipping and planning team to dispatch in time and shape.
- Manage daily communication by chat, mail or phone call with the customer to attend any concern.

- Present in daily/weekly meetings shipment plan, inventory status and shipment preparation status and highlight to right people if we face any system issue.
