Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Executive who can run day-to-day B2B operations, supervise deliveries, handle customer escalations, and operate our CRM system with discipline and speed.

This role is for a doer — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, protects key accounts, keeps deliveries clean, and ensures customers stay loyal.

You will act as operational backup for the Customer Service lead and be a key bridge between warehouse, drivers, sales, and customers.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & CRM
  • Manage all inbound tickets, calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages through CRM
  • Log, track, and resolve issues with clear notes and root‑cause tagging
  • Escalate critical B2B accounts and urgent complaints
  • Maintain perfect CRM hygiene: customer records, deal notes, delivery status, follow‑ups
