Job Title: Banking CX Specialist - UAE
Overview : A consulting firm in the UAE is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to provide end-to-end operational support for the Customer Experience Department. The role requires at least 2 years of experience, exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to deliver process improvement initiatives in the financial sector.
i. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Handle complaints professionally and efficiently with a focus on resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services


  • At least 2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles

  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills (English)
