About the Role:
Clicktek Consulting Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Operations Manager to own and lead end-to-end customer service operations for a global health and wellness US-based e-commerce client.

This role goes beyond frontline supervision. You will be responsible for operational stability, Order Management excellence, KPI ownership, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring service delivery meets US e-commerce standards while supporting distributed teams across regions.

You will work closely with North American and Australian stakeholders and act as the primary operational owner of the customer service function.
