Contact Center Team Lead
The Contact Center Team Lead will be responsible for scaling and improving operational efficiency.
- Manage on-site frameworks to enable effective company operations
- Develop and enhance systems, workflows, and processes that support scalable growth and operational excellence
- Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers/vendors
