Contact Center Team Lead

The Contact Center Team Lead will be responsible for scaling and improving operational efficiency.

  • Manage on-site frameworks to enable effective company operations
  • Develop and enhance systems, workflows, and processes that support scalable growth and operational excellence
  • Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers/vendors
