Role Description:

This is afull-time, on-site role in Piraeus for a Customer Service Operator. The primaryresponsibilities include responding to customer RFQs, providing support toensure satisfaction, managing incoming calls professionally, and maintainingexcellent communication.

  • Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • MS Office knowledge
